Leads transfer student recruitment, outreach and enrollment efforts that contribute to meeting the university's strategic enrollment objectives.

Essential Job Functions
Reviews and evaluates transfer applications, including academic transcripts and supporting materials to render admission decisions
Serves as the primary resource for prospective transfer students, delivering personalized advising on admissions requirements, transfer credit evaluation, academic pathways and the enrollment process
Represents the university at transfer fairs, on and off campus recruitment events and virtual programming
Develops and maintains strategic partnerships with community colleges, four-year institutions, academic advisors and community-based organizations to support transfer recruitment and enrollment
Provides guidance on the transfer credit evaluation process in collaboration with other academic departments and university offices
Collaborates with the university marketing team to develop targeted messaging for prospective transfer students
Participates in related professional development organizations representing the university
Assists in the preparation and monitoring of department budget
Supervises and manages student employees, as necessary, to enhance their academic and professional development
Performs other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Minimum of a bachelor's degree
Moderate amount of experience working in transfer admissions, recruitment management or other related experience
Valid U.S. driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, marketing or a related field of study
Experience with Slate CRM and the college transfer process
Please Note Qualified candidates must live or relocate within a daily commuting distance of the Providence Campus location upon hire.
