What You Will Be Doing
Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional standards.
Building comprehensive Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, the design of engaging learning activities, and strategies for overcoming obstacles.
Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and learning outcomes.
Personally coaching a small student cohort, demonstrating advanced coaching and motivational techniques.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Creating lesson plans – your Guides support student learning through adaptive applications; your role centers on training them to become outstanding facilitators.
Compromising standards – when our passing threshold is 100%, maintaining that benchmark is your responsibility.
Conducting uninspiring training – you will develop Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential learning.
Coach Key Responsibilities Develop and train a team of Guides to execute the Alpha system with exceptional standards.
Basic Requirements
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related areas.
Proven track record of creating and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions.
Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with proven ability to build, lead, and energize high‑performing teams.
Direct experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.
Strong data analysis skills and ability to leverage metrics for decision‑making and ongoing improvement.
Available to work on‑site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Working with Us This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD per hour, which equates to $150,000 USD per year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
