Overview Lithia & Driveway, is looking for a motivated
Express Technician
to join our growing reconditioning team. This is a great opportunity to build your automotive career with one of the largest and fastest-growing automotive retailers in the nation.
What You’ll Do
Perform routine maintenance skeletal repairs (oil changes, tire rotations, filters, inspections)
Complete multi-point inspections and communicate findings clearly
Assist with vehicle reconditioning to meet Hyundai and company standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
WorkLot by meeting quality and productivity expectations
What We’re Looking For
Basic automotive service or lube technician experience preferred; training available
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
ASE certifications a plus, but not required
