As a Key Account Manager for Poland, you will drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand our presence across leading retailers, e-commerce platforms, and distributors. Working closely with the Regional Marketing team, you will transform data-driven insights into actionable business plans that strengthen our brand’s market position in Poland. **About the Role**This fully remote position requires a highly analytical, commercially oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for national business planning, sales execution, and key partner management—owning the P&L for Poland and ensuring SteelSeries remains a preferred brand among our top retail partners.If you are self-driven, strong in relationship building, and passionate about gaming and esports, this role offers the opportunity to shape our strategy in one of the most important markets in the region. **Key Responsibilities**Strategic & Commercial Ownership * Develop and implement sales strategies for the Polish market to achieve revenue, profit, and market share targets.* Own and manage the full P&L for Poland.* Build and execute quarterly and annual account plans, including category- and SKU-level planning, promotional calendars, and marketing alignment. **Key Account Management** * Build and maintain strong relationships with major Polish retailers, e-tailers, and distributors* Conduct regular business review meetings (QBRs / ABRs) with customers to evaluate performance, refine annual account plans, and secure long-term growth commitments.* Execute impactful product presentations, new product introductions (NPIs), and on-site/online training sessions. **Analytics & Forecasting*** Analyze and forecast sales performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.* Use data-driven insights to optimize assortment, pricing, promotions, and channel performance.* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and retail dynamics to proactively adjust strategies. **Collaboration & Marketing Execution*** Work closely with Regional and EMEA Marketing teams to develop and deliver local marketing initiatives tailored to the Polish market.* Provide continuous market intelligence and customer insights to support strategic decision-making.* Represent SteelSeries at local industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings. **Operational Excellence*** Maintain high standards of reporting accuracy, sales administration, and CRM hygiene.* Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication, follow-up, and execution of agreed plans.

**Qualifications*** 4–7 years of proven experience in Key Account Management or Sales Management within gaming, consumer electronics, or premium brand sectors in Poland.* Strong command of P&L ownership and a solid track record of delivering profitable growth.* **Deep understanding of the Polish retail landscape**, including major chains, e-commerce ecosystems, and gaming/electronics consumer behavior.* **Advanced analytical skills** with proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to translate data insights into business actions.* Experience working with annual and quarterly account planning, including structured business reviews.* Expertise in trade marketing and e-commerce growth levers.* Strategic and structured mindset paired with strong execution capabilities.* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.* Fluent in Polish and English.* Willingness to travel regularly within Poland and abroad#LI-Steelseries #J-18808-Ljbffr
