Account Executive – Hattiesburg, Mississippi territory and areas south of Hattiesburg Novatech, The Managed Office Provider, delivers Information Technology, Print, Cloud, and Security solutions to organizations nationwide. As growth continues, Novatech is seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage the Hattiesburg territory and surrounding southern markets. This role offers the opportunity to build a strong book of business with the support of a structured onboarding program, ongoing coaching, and a culture focused on performance and development.
The Opportunity
Drive net-new business within a defined territory
Build long term relationships with key decision makers, including executive leadership
Deliver consultative business technology solutions that create measurable impact
Participate in a structured six-week sales onboarding program with continuous coaching
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, cold call, and network to generate new business
Conduct discovery to understand client needs and align Novatech solutions
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through close
Own and execute territory strategy to consistently achieve sales goals
Maintain accurate pipeline management and activity tracking in Salesforce
What You Bring
Proven success in business to business outside sales
Strong relationship building and closing capabilities
Confidence managing a full sales cycle independently
Experience with Salesforce or a comparable Customer Relationship Management platform
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation
High accountability, resilience, and self motivation
