What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Retain and grow business customer accounts through solution-based selling and account management via telephone

Make outbound calls to achieve sales quota metrics and prepare necessary sales documentation

Create proposals for customers related to new sales opportunities

Drive sales growth and account retention by introducing various products and services

Document conversations and customer information accurately in the client management system

What is Required (Qualifications):

High School Diploma or GED

2-5 years of relevant work experience in a sales or customer service role

Ability to work in a closely monitored environment with consistent attendance

Strong communication, problem‑solving, and customer‑focused skills

Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in telecommunications or technology sales

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
