works in partnership with Home Depot to offer heating and cooling services. As a Lead Generator you will identify potential customers through friendly, engaging dialogue and schedule appointments for the Wrench Group.

What You Will Do
Project a professional appearance that supports Home Depot’s business image.
Utilize the HVAC kiosk/display/end‑cap to communicate benefits of HVAC products and services.
Initiate communication with prospective customers during their shopping experience.
Proactively greet customers, engage in informative conversations, qualify potential purchasers and schedule a sales appointment.
Build and maintain relationships with Home Depot store associates and management.
Educate and build awareness about the HVAC program for customers and staff.
Achieve specified program KPIs and goals.
Attend required meetings and training courses.
Do You Have What It Takes?
Outgoing, energetic, and self‑motivated with a love of face‑to‑face interaction.
Ability to manage personal emotions when faced with rejection.
Positive and optimistic attitude.
Self‑starter with a results‑driven disposition.
Active listener who asks open‑ended discovery questions.
Intuitive ability to assess customer interest.
Detail oriented with strong time‑management skills.
Ability to guide conversations to a decision and secure appointment commitments.
Physical ability to stand and/or walk for 4–8 hours.
Proficient with smartphone apps, email, and text.
Flexibility to work weekends.
