Relief Technician

This role involves driving, installing, calibrating and maintaining company equipment across designated districts, ensuring safety compliance, prompt communication and meeting daily KPI targets.

Responsibilities
Complete installations, tank pulls, swaps, deliveries and service requests in the specified district or others as needed.
Respond professionally and promptly to all e‑mail communication.
Use DCI (Driver Check‑In) to track and finish installations, pulls, swaps and deliveries.
Meet required daily and weekly KPIs for delivery, installation or service activities.
Inspect vehicle for safety and DOT compliance.
Qualifications
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays and at minimal notice.
Adherence to safety and operational requirements, policies and procedures.
High school diploma or GED.
Clean driving record that meets NuCO2’s Safety Point System.
Mechanical and basic building construction knowledge.
Capability to read, analyze and interpret SOPs, technical procedures or regulations.
Ability to understand various instructions (written, oral, diagram, schedule).
Knowledge of permitting procedures where applicable.
Physical Requirements
Wear required PPE.
Lift 55 lbs and frequently maneuver 56–175 lbs (including pulling/pushing).
Occasionally maneuver a 750‑lb CO₂ tank dolly.
Climb in/out of truck multiple times a day.
Climb ladders and work in confined spaces with overhead reach.
Frequent walking, standing, kneeling, and crawling.
Work at different height levels.
