$70,000 base + commission

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our in-office team. This phone-heavy position focuses on
outbound partner outreach, relationship building, and post-sale support . You will engage with leads provided by the company, guiding potential partners through the onboarding process, answeringyklessages, and LIFE ... ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to active partner. Your efforts will directly contribute to revenue growth and long-term client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective partners using company-provided leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners through consistent communication and follow-up.
Guide new partners through onboarding and post-sale support, ensuring a smooth experience.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track all sales activity.
Collaborate with team members to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates. ợli>
Meet or exceed monthly sales and activity targets.
Provide feedback on lead quality and market insights to support company growth initiatives.
\իգ Qualifications:
2+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably in healthcare, legal, financial services, Medicaid, or eldercare.
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and engaging with multiple prospects daily.
Strong organizational skills and experience with CRM systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
Compensation:
$70,000 base salary plus uncapped commission structure.
Opportunity to earn $100K+ in total compensation with strong performance.
