About the Company We are supporting an innovative leader in counter-unmanned aerial systems (C-UAS) technology. The company delivers advanced, software-defined solutions to detect, identify, track, and mitigate rogue drones using RF-based cyber techniques.
Its non-jamming, non-kinetic approach enables precise intervention at the protocol level—allowing threats to be safely redirected or landed while minimizing disruption to surrounding communications, infrastructure, and authorized operations. The technology is trusted in defense, homeland security, and critical infrastructure environments.
About the Role This is the first dedicated commercial hire for Eastern Europe and a highly impactful individual contributor role. You will be responsible for building and scaling the company’s B2G presence across the region, owning the full sales lifecycle for complex defense and homeland security engagements.
Reporting to the EMEA Sales Director, you will serve as the primary commercial interface for government, military, law enforcement, and critical infrastructure stakeholders across key markets including
Poland, Slovakia, and Estonia .
You will work closely with presales, product, and business development teams to establish market presence and advance long-cycle, high-value opportunities in a fast-moving startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to open and expand Eastern Europe through direct B2G engagements
Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities with government agencies, military organizations, law enforcement, and critical infrastructure operators
Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation and contract closure
Build and maintain a strong, well-qualified sales pipeline
Collaborate closely with presales, product, customer success, and R&D teams to support complex deal cycles
Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis within defense and homeland security sectors
Travel approximately
50%
across the region and occasionally to headquarters
Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting via CRM tools (Salesforce)
Requirements
Must have:
5+ years of sales experience within the
Defense or Homeland Security (HLS)
sector
Must have:
5+ years of
B2G sales experience
working directly with government, military, or law enforcement entities
Proven success selling complex, multidisciplinary solutions with long sales cycles
Strong “hunter” profile with experience opening new territories and self-sourcing opportunities
Fluency in English
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup environment with high autonomy
Based in
Eastern Europe , with strong preference for candidates located in
Poland
Willingness to travel up to
50%
within the territory
