VIP Account Manager, Arizona
Welcome to FanDuel. We’re looking for a dedicated VIP Account Manager to support our most valued clients across our online casino, sportsbook, daily fantasy, and TVG platforms. The role is based in the Phoenix Metro Area. THE POSITION
Our roster has an opening with your name on it. You will manage a portfolio of high‑net‑worth customers, building strong relationships to increase loyalty and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a dynamic, customer‑facing environment. RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and retain a portfolio of High Value Players. Provide an enhanced, proactive one‑stop service to encourage loyalty. Ensure compliance and responsible gaming ideals guide all interactions. Collect and document customer profiles. Develop relationships and offer tailored rewards through regular correspondence. Meet pre‑determined productivity, quality, and SLA targets. Provide detailed reports on your customer portfolio, highlighting satisfaction and product feedback. Monitor customer performance to ensure bonuses, gifts, and hospitality invitations are offered in alignment with business requirements. Host VIPs at hospitality events. Deliver against company responsible gaming protocols. Mentor and develop VIP Hosts within the team. QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 2 years of high‑end customer service experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Business‑to‑Customer sales experience is preferred. Knowledge of the online gaming industry. Passion for providing top‑level service. Confident, people‑focused personality. Excellent analytical skills and experience with Excel. Strong drive to meet targets and deadlines. Excellent organizational and planning skills. Understanding of marketing processes is a plus. Willing to work non‑traditional business hours. Travel for this role is expected around 25% of the time. LOCATION
You must be based in the Phoenix Metro Area for this role. SALARY
Applicable salary range: $79,000 – $99,000 USD. Additional benefits include medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; short‑ and long‑term incentive compensation; paid personal time off; 14 paid holidays; and paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
