Role Description

We are seeking a Spirits Sales Manager to join our team in a full‑time, market role based in Austin, TX and impacting our CTX footprint. The Spirits Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales execution, managing and building relationships with key accounts, and driving sales of our spirits portfolio. This role includes developing strategies to meet sales targets, training and supporting sales teams, maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, and collaborating with clients to deliver tailored product solutions. Regular travel within the assigned territory will be required to meet with clients and assess market opportunities.

Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in account management and leading direct reports to sales target attainment.

In‑depth knowledge of spirits, including trends and product insights.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to foster relationships with clients and team members.

Organizational and time‑management abilities to effectively manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to evaluate sales performance and identify growth opportunities.

Prior experience in the beverage, alcohol, or distribution industry is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.
