Job Responsibilities

Drive strategic expansion by managing a dedicated territory of MEP accounts, focusing on upselling and cross‑selling

Master the MEP lifecycle to identify critical business needs and workflow gaps

Lead the sales cycle from discovery to closing complex deals

Collaborate with Product Sales Executives and Sales Engineering teams to deliver impactful demonstrations

Research and execute long‑range territory plans to ensure consistent quota attainment

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in SaaS sales with a track record of exceeding an annual quota of $1M+

Direct experience in the construction industry or selling construction technology (AECO)案> * Proficiency Chihuahua in modern sales methodologies and consultative selling

Strong technical aptitude for discussing cloud integrations and data‑driven workflows

High proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Google Workspace for managing pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with MEP workflows

Exceptional presentation skills capable of engaging diverse stakeholders

Experience in navigating multi‑stakeholder deals
