is one of the largest full‑line sporting goods chains in the U.S. and has more than 250 stores across 25 states. We’re looking for enthusiastic, sports‑minded individuals with knowledge of sporting goods to provide customers with excellent service in a fun, fast‑paced environment.
Overview We are seeking a Key Team Leader (Key Holder) who will take responsibility for store keys and be part of the leadership team. This role includes opening and closing duties, merchandising, operational oversight, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service as the primary focus.
Perform store opening and closing responsibilities.
Handle merchandising, operational, and administrative functions.
Qualifications
Previous retail supervisory experience.
Product knowledge in Field & Stream, Apparel, Footwear, Exercise, or General Athletics.
Merchandising skills preferred.
Demonstrated desire and ability to provide excellent customer service.
