Wholesale Account Manager Dapper Ink, LLC (DBA The Landmark Project) - Greenville, SC

Full-Time (In-Office)

Position Summary The Landmark Project creates art-inspired products that celebrate America’s natural spaces. As we continue to grow beyond traditional outdoor retail, we are seeking a Wholesale Account Manager to steward and grow our specialty retail relationships while owning Landmark’s trade show presence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on relationship management, enjoys operational detail, and takes pride in representing a mission-driven brand in the marketplace.

Essential Job Functions

Manage and maintain a portfolio of specialty wholesale accounts, including line showings, reorders, and ongoing account servicing.

Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with buyers and independent reps.

Collaborate closely with in-house teams and independent sales reps to ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints.

Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing sales culture.

Oversee Landmark’s trade show execution from planning through post-show follow-up, including:

Event registration and budgeting

Booth logistics, assets, and samples

Swag, buyer gifts, and materials

On-site attendance and brand representation

Inventory, storage, and maintenance of trade show samples and supplies

Serve as a brand ambassador at trade shows, activations, and industry events, effectively communicating our brand values and product benefits.

Maintain and manage wholesale customer and sales order operations within Landmark’s ERP and B2B platforms.

Coordinate line sheets and sales assets in partnership with the design team.

Manage internal sales calendars, deadlines, and ongoing projects.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills and Experience

4+ years of account management experience with a proven ability to maintain and grow client relationships.

Experience working with independent sales reps.

Strong understanding of wholesale buyers in the gift, apparel, and/or outdoor retail and gift markets.

Experience with trade shows, festivals, or booth-based selling (including setup and breakdown).

Proficiency with ERP systems (such as NetSuite, Sage or Brightpearl) and B2B platforms (such as EnvoyB2B or Elastic).

Proficiency with productivity tools (such as Microsoft or Google Suite, Asana, ChatGPT).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills, personal accountability, and follow-through.

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.

Accounts feel supported, responsive, and excited to work with Landmark.

Trade shows run smoothly, on budget, and reflect the brand at a high level.

Opportunities for account growth, merchandising improvements, or process efficiencies are being identified and acted on.

You’re contributing ideas that strengthen our wholesale strategy and customer experience.

Pay and Benefits

Typical work week is approximately 36 hours (Monday through Thursday); trade show weeks and key deadlines may require additional hours.
