Contract to Hire – South Whitley, IN Join a leading company in Modular Construction as a Revit Drafter. Based in South Whitley, IN, you will be part of a dynamic engineering and design team, managing projects from inception to completion across diverse commercial and industrial projects in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to work with various materials—wood, steel, and concrete block—and to contribute to the design of Structural, MEP, and Architectural elements. Responsibilities

Create comprehensive plan sets for commercial modular construction and ensure customer and state approval in a fast‑paced environment. Develop designs predominantly in Revit, as 99% of projects use this software. Interact professionally with customers, co‑workers, and state agencies. Assist with reviewing shop drawings as required. Apply ICC Building Code knowledge to guarantee all designs are accurate and compliant with regulations. Essential Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in Revit with the ability to produce detailed drawings. Proficiency in Excel for documentation management. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with external and internal teams. Experience in the construction industry, particularly in design or BIM. Hands‑on knowledge of building processes and structural assembly. Work Environment & Schedule

The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM (starting at 8:00 AM acceptable). Overtime is available as you develop self‑sufficiency. The office is collaborative, with cubicles and shared spaces with the engineering, finance, and upper management teams. The culture is fun, laid‑back, and production‑focused, allowing interaction with shop teams and early project visibility. Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range:
