Base Pay Range $20.00/hr - $20.00/hr
Position Objective Repair and maintain grounds maintenance equipment.
Essential Job Functions
Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
Perform all repairs necessary to maintain optimum operational performance of equipment.
Drive multi-lever equipment.
Decipher manuals for equipment.
Wash equipment.
Change oil and grease equipment.
Adhere to hotel safety standards.
Perform other duties and handle projects as assigned by Manager.
Education / Experience Verifiable mechanical experience in golf equipment maintenance, automotive and/or diesel.
Requirements
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
Must be able to apply common sense understanding to accomplish tasks and maintenance schedules furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
Requires good communication skills, verbal and written.
Must be self-motivated.
Physical Demands
Work tasks are performed indoor/outdoor.
Position requires walking; must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length.
Must be able to reach multiple locations across 4 golf courses in a timely manner.
Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill cleaning and stocking tasks.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.
Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.
Work Environment
Must be able to work effectively in a stressful environment, communicate with others, effectively deal with customers and accept constructive criticism from supervisors.
Must be able to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions.
