Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location:

Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to deliver ongoing mental health therapy through a secure telehealth platform. This role is designed for clinicians who value clear structure, manageable caseloads, and the ability to focus on therapeutic work without unnecessary distractions. Your impact comes from consistent engagement and thoughtful follow-up with clients.
Responsibilities
Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth
Complete psychosocial assessments and intakes
Develop and update treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Monitor client progress and adjust care strategies
Practice in accordance with Kentucky LCSW regulations
Qualifications
Active Kentucky LCSW license
Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
Minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience
Comfortable working full-time in a remote settingStrong organization and documentation skills
