Partner with the best As a Field Specialist III, you’ll play a key role in fluid management and rig‑site operations. You’ll provide technical analysis, supervise fluid mixing and pumping, and ensure fluid properties are maintained to meet operational goals. You’ll be the onsite expert, supporting customers and internal teams with timely updates and practical solutions.
As a Field Specialist III, you will be responsible for:
Managing fluid properties at customer well sites through accurate testing and analysis
Supervising fluid mixing and pumping operations, ensuring compliance with technical standards
Providing rig‑site updates and solutions to customers and coordinators
Maintaining inventory and ensuring availability of required materials at the rig site
Supporting sales efforts by making field‑level calls or accompanying Sales Representatives
Ensuring compliance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, legal requirements, and core values
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:
Have 5 years of industry experience
Be able to demonstrate strong functional and technical knowledge ofrefix drilling fluids
Have excellent communication and customer service skills
Be a collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
Have experience in fluid testing, rig operations, and inventory management
Be committed to environmental safety and operational excellence

• This role is 12 hours a day / (21 on - 21 off schedule)
