Role Overview
Service Technicians are responsible for ongoing service, troubleshooting, and maintenance of CCTV and Access Control systems for a large enterprise/industrial customer.
Key Responsibilities
Physically and technically implement the company’s products.
Ensure all necessary service tasks are completed to a high level of quality for customer satisfaction.
Facilitate continuous operation of electronic security systems to maintain safety and security, responding promptly to errors and defaults.
Analyze and diagnose security system failures or defects.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and test security systems and components.
Perform routine and scheduled maintenance, repair, replacement, and upgrades to security systems.
Program, network, and configure related software and systems.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience servicing Access Control and CCTV system security.
Preferred certifications in AMAG.
Strong networking and IT background.
Possession of a PERC Card (Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card).
Valid driver’s license.
Drug test required.
