The Financial Representative plays a critical role in delivering comprehensive financial planning strategies while building long-term client relationships. This position blends comprehensive planning work with meaningful client interaction and business development. Representatives will gradually build their own book of business, with a clearly defined path toward progression into a Financial Advisor role. Compensation and Growth Opportunity

Set meetings with potential clients and manage client relationships Gather and analyze client data across insurance, investments, estate planning, and tax planning Prepare meeting materials, reports, presentations, and follow-up action items Proactively communicate with clients to identify changes in their financial situation and adjust strategies as needed Collaborate with planning associates, client service associates, and the Home Office to ensure timely and accurate execution Participate in business development efforts and gradually build a personal book of business Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, firm policies, and industry standards Commit to ongoing professional development and leadership growth What Success Looks Like

Foundational understanding of the value of proper financial planning principles Licensing required or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe:

Life and Health insurance FINRA Series 6 or Series 7 FINRA Series 63

Excellent communication and critical thinking skills Must be at least 21 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Ability to pass a criminal background check Minimal travel may be required for client meetings and firm retreats This is an in-person role based in St. Louis, Missouri. Advisors routinely use standard office equipment including laptops, Zoom, smartphones, and related technology.
