Who are we recruiting for? Our client is a globally recognised, award‑winning leader in the renewables sector, renowned for delivering innovative and sustainable energy solutions. As they continue their exponential growth across Europe, they are seeking a motivated and assured BESS Solutions Manager to drive technical engagement and project success within their thriving German team.
What will you be doing?
Leading technical and commercial solutions for battery energy storage systems (BESS) across Germany and wider Europe
Working creatively with clients to design bespoke energy storage solutions that meet unique project demands
Project managing the pre-sales cycle: requirements gathering, tailored BOMs, and technical sales support Cab
Collaborating strongly with cross‑functional teams, from engineering to commercial staff, to ensure seamless delivery
Building strong and vibrant relationships, presenting technical concepts to both expert and non-expert audiences
Are you the ideal candidate?
Proven winner in BESS, battery storage, or utility‑scale renewables (min. 5 years’ experience)
Refresh with German business fluency and/or English ( indulged; C1/B2 minimum ideal)
Degree qualified in Engineering or similar приняли technical discipline
Inspired by new technology and creative project delivery
Confident and focused, able to work assuredly with clients and internal teams alike
