12-hour Night Shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM), including every other weekend and holiday requirements. Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience providing respiratory care to patients ranging from neonates to adults, and familiarity with advanced equipment and protocols. Responsibilities
Deliver respiratory therapy to patients of all ages, including neonates and adults. Operate and maintain advanced respiratory equipment, including Puritan Bennett 980 & 840 and LTV1200 ventilators. Assist in emergency situations, providing immediate respiratory care as required. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans and ensure optimal outcomes. Document patient assessments and therapies in the EPIC documentation system. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Minimum of 2-3 years of Respiratory Therapy experience, with exposure to neonatal and pediatric populations preferred. Current certifications in BLS, NRP, and NBRC. Experience with the EPIC documentation system within the past two years is mandatory. Flexibility to float to different units based on department needs. Why ARMStaffing?
