Overview
Production Specialists work in a dynamic, creative, and fast‑paced environment to create and assemble sign and graphic products for a variety of business applications. The work takes place in the FASTSIGNS Center sign production area, which is fully equipped with top‑of‑the‑line sign‑making equipment.
Responsibilities
Cut printed graphics using wall cutters, saws, and Exacto blades.
Apply products to substrates and prepare for installation.
Perform field installations on vehicles, building interiors, and exteriors using ladders, mechanical lifts, welding, and other construction work.
Utilize work orders to ensure accuracy and detail for each custom order.
Use welding, electrical, and laser equipment as required (experience preferred).
Oversee and coordinate other employees in the production area.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Sign production experience (years indicated).
Construction or print/graphic arts industry experience (preferred).
Valid driver's license (required).
Willingness to travel as needed (preferred).
Self‑motivated with problem‑solving skills and strong attention to accuracy.
Good management and supervisory skills.
