Total Package: ₱19,000 – ₱24,000
Job Description The Customer Service Representative for a Telco Account is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns related to telecommunications(module) services, and providing excellent customer support. The role requires clear communication, problem‑solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls
Assist customers with billing, account, and service-related concerns
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
Document customer interactions properly
Qualifications
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior‑High School Graduate
College Graduate or Undergraduate (any course)
With or without BPO work experience
Open to newbies
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Willing to work on shifting schedules
