Role Overview The Paralegal – Medical Records supports the General Litigation and Regulatory Legal team by managing and processing a high volume of medical records and legal data. The role requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform high‑volume data entry with accuracy and consistency.
Manage, organize, and process medical records and legal documentation.
Assist with e‑filing and document management.
Support litigation‑related tasks as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with legal standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong keyboarding, typing, and general computer skills.
Experience with e‑filing systems.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
High attention to detail and data accuracy.
Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have Skills
Legal or litigation experience (Personal Injury preferred).
Previous high‑volume data entry experience.
Experience with case management systems.
Soft Skills
Strong typing ability.
Solid computer literacy.
Dependable, detail‑oriented, and organized.
Education Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
