This hybrid opportunity includes 2 remote days and 3 on-site days each week.

Summary Plan and provide nutrition interventions for the lifestyle therapy program that include consideration of specific age‑related characteristics and needs related to physical development, motor control, communication, socialization, and safety. Assists Program Coordinator in the coordination and integration of the nutrition consultation program with other LMHS departments and physicians. Assists in the development, implementation and evaluation of the program.
Requirements Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics / Human Nutrition and Foods – Required
Experience Requirements
1 Year Minimum Experience in Weight Management/Lifestyle Education – Required
State of Florida Licensure Requirements
Dietitian License – Required
Certifications/Registration Requirements
RD (Registered Dietitian) – Required
Additional Requirements Must be Registered Dietitian (RD). Must also have Florida Licensure (LD) through the Florida Department of Health.
