2 years of administrative office experience in a fast‑paced environment Advanced skills with MS Office Suite CRM experience Essential Skills
Ability to prioritize projects and manage time Savvy customer service, excellent communication (verbal and written) Strong follow‑through Good‑natured, positive attitude Persistence to achieve quality Responsibilities
Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly, positive, and warm manner Maintain office supplies and outgoing correspondence Database management Set appointments with clients and assist the advisor with calendar management Pre‑appointment preparation including compiling account summaries Maintain office filing system, both paper and electronic Record notes from client conversations Other industry‑specific tasks as needed Book all travel arrangements Maintain advisor’s personal calendar and projects Follow through on any outstanding projects Maintain confidential information Personal errands for the advisor Assist in preparing for events Compensation
