Position Summary This is an in‑office opportunity located in Golden, Colorado, providing support to our Loveland office.

Responsibilities

Calendar & Meeting Coordination:

Manage multiple calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives, team members, and external candidates.

Communication Management:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers and team members, handling calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and professionally.

Office Management:

Oversee office supply and refreshment needs across departments, maintaining consistent stock to support daily operations.

Multitasking & Prioritization:

Balance competing demands in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization skills.

Event & Volunteer Planning:

Assist with planning company events, parties, and volunteer initiatives to foster team engagement and community involvement.

Document Management:

Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, white papers, training programs, reports, and presentations; maintain accurate and organized filing systems, both physical and digital.

Financial Administration:

Assist with expense tracking, processing invoices, and purchase orders.

Project Support:

Provide administrative support for various projects, including SOP audits, data entry, and tracking project timelines and deliverables.

Customer Service:

Greet visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Cross‑Departmental Training:

Participate in cross‑training to provide coverage across teams during absences, strengthening organizational flexibility.

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or GED.

Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role or similar.

Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation to run office errands and support our Loveland, CO office.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
