Responsibilities
Must be able to urgently assess patient needs via phone and provide immediate symptom management advice, prioritize care for timely intervention, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure patient comfort and quality of life.
Manage after hours calls and elevate critical situations while maintaining detailed EMR documentation and adherence to hospice regulations.
Qualifications
Compact nursing license.
Allocated in-home workspace free of distraction and noise.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
Current unencumbered multi‑state Compact Registered Nurse license.
HS field experience.
