Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment and interview scheduling
Maintain and update employee records
Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes
Support benefits administration and enrollment
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies
Help organize training and development programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and new hire guides
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
Maintain HR databases and generate reports as needed
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred Proven experience as an HR Assistant or relevant administrative role Familiarity with HR software and databases Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Discretion and confidentiality Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
