The ideal SLP will have a passion for the aging population and desires to work in a skilled nursing and assisted living setting.**At **TransPerfect Health**, the well-being of our team is always our top priority. We’re looking for **Speech Therapists** who are passionate about delivering **high-quality, patient-centered care** and making a **meaningful difference** every day.**Key Responsibilities*** Conduct screenings, evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with state practice acts, plan of care, and company policies* Help optimize functional independence, and quality of life for members of the aging population* Accurately complete all required documentation in a timely manner* Participate in required orientations, staff meetings, and in-service education* In collaboration with the Director of Rehabilitation, develop robust therapy program* Follow all infection control procedures and OBRA Resident Rights Guidelines* Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and effectively prioritize patient care* Support compliance with all state and federal regulations* Perform duties that may involve moderate to heavy physical demands* Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned**Qualifications*** Current or eligible Speech Therapy license in the state of practice* Graduate of an accredited speech therapy program* ASHA accreditation or equivalent**What We Offer*** **Competitive compensation ($42 - $53 per hour)*** **Full benefits package** including medical, dental, vision, and **401(k) with employer match*** **Paid onboarding and orientation*** **CEU allowance** and **licensure reimbursement*** **Clinical mentorship** and **preceptorship program*** **Employee referral bonus program*** **Quick pay options****Diversity & Inclusion**TransPerfect Health is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and supportive workplace.
