Responsibilities
Hosting : Give guests the warmest welcome, always exuding confidence and proper etiquette; develop long‑term relationships by asking engaging questions and suggesting outreach events.
Team Building : Demonstrate ability to work as part of a team atmosphere, receive and give feedback honestly, and celebrate fellow mentors’ successes.
Styling & Curating : Communicate the Kate Spade New York aesthetic, use product knowledge to connect with guests, and inspire with impeccable personal style. Spot and talk about products and keep the stockroom and shop spotless.
Business Smarts : Understand the product landscape across all merchandise categories, multitask operational tasks and POS transactions, and share ideas and feedback with the team.
Professional selling and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
College degree preferred.
Prior luxury goods experience preferred.
Proactive ability to multitask and prioritize.
Works well in a team environment.
Physical Requirements
Available to work store schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Standing for extended periods of time.
Safely lift boxes up to 40 pounds.
Comfortable climbing ladders.
