Required Skills & Experience
Strong understanding of tolling systems, electronic toll collection (ETC), and back‑office operations.
Experience with cloud‑based platforms (preferably Azure) and data migration projects.
Proficiency in requirements analysis, requirements traceability matrix (RTM), requirements definition documents (RDD), and Agile user stories. Ability to perform root cause analysis and write clear change requests (CRs) and root cause analysis (RCA) documentation.
Familiarity with interfaces, API integrations, and backend data flows.
Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
Prior experience in transportation/tolling domain or large‑scale modernization programs is a plus.
Nice‑to‑Have
Knowledge of client’s Vector platform or similar tolling back‑office systems.
Exposure to financial compliance standards (GaaP) and citation/violations processing.
Understanding of Azure cloud architecture and Oracle Database @ Azure environment.
