Business Transformation Manager – ADP ADP is hiring a Business Transformation Manager for the HRO Business Transformation and PMO Team to lead projects from strategy through execution in an internal consulting role. The role leverages strategic change management, org design, business process, technology and consultative expertise to deliver large‑scale, enterprise‑wide transformational programs for the HR Outsourcing organization.

Responsibilities

Successfully manage multiple project workstreams related to change & adoption, org design, operating model design, data analysis and tech adoption across the HRO.

Plan and facilitate project meetings, clearly communicating expectations and complex messages to influence audiences.

Coach, upskill and guide Senior Consultants and Business Analysts through the transformation project lifecycle.

Plan, distribute and lead org design and/or business process improvement projects from strategy through execution.

Apply change‑management, org‑design and business‑process methodology to design and roll out programs for strategic projects.

Focus on the internal associate experience, operational excellence and efficiencies.

Determine the priority of each project task and allocate tasks to team members to fit into an overall timeline.

Establish frameworks, define opportunities, drive awareness and guide team members to realize these opportunities.

Act as a change catalyst capable of aligning strategy, people, process, and technology.

Perform assessments to develop insights and action plans for best‑in‑class performance.

Connect all the dots with little guidance, maintaining a big‑picture perspective.

Serve as a servant leader and foster a team mindset.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in management consulting or strategy.

Deep experience in strategic change‑management methodologies (leader alignment, stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, communications, training, adoption tracking, survey development, data storytelling).

Deep experience in business‑case development, organization design, operating‑model design and span‑of‑control principles.

Project‑management experience, including developing overall project plans, timelines and role assignments.

Ability to redesign business processes from the ground up to drive efficiency and innovation.

Experience in technology adoption/implementation from strategy through execution.

Technical training strategy development and execution expertise as relevant to innovative technology.

Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills – develop executive‑friendly presentations and validate new templates in the MS Suite.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills – analyze data and derive insights to support decision making.

Other Key Experience

Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to change.

Independent problem‑solving through roadblocks.

Experience presenting to senior leaders is a plus.

Desire to grow within an organization.

Maintain cooperative relationships with all levels of the organization, from associate to SVP.

Bonus Qualifications

MBA or other advanced degree.

Big‑4 management consulting experience with Fortune 500 clients.

Industry knowledge of HR, payroll and benefits policies and procedures.
