Position Overview Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Supply Chain is seeking a
Materials Management Manager
of Final Assembly (Level K) to join our Fulfillment team based in
North Charleston, South Carolina . This position will provide leadership and oversight to individual contributors for Boeing South Carolina Operations within the 787 Program.
Position Responsibilities
Manages and integrates employee activities across multiple areas in materials management and transportation.
Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures, and sets operational goals.
Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers, and leads process improvements.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
Possesses and encourages others to maintain a mindset of Safety and First Pass Quality.
Manages, develops and motivates employees.
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of experience with materials management and/or supply chain management.
3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal or informal role.
Willingness to work any shift assigned based on business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
787 Airplane Program experience (or relevant aviation experience).
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Shift This position is variable shift; you will be placed on a shift at time of hire based on business needs and remain on that shift until re-evaluation.

Summary pay range: $108,000 - $132,000.
