Responsibilities
Enter and update project and opportunity data.
Track and manage staffing and project administration changes, keeping data up to date.
Educate users on system functionality and promote effective software use.
Answer questions about system tools and resolve issues.
Drive process refinement: proactively identify improvement ideas and lead their implementation.
Assist on Service Line special projects, such as planning all‑hands meetings, managing software tools, and fostering knowledge sharing.
Communicate effectively across channels (emails, instant messaging, Microsoft Teams) to collaborate and achieve timely outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
At least 2 years of relevant experience (consulting or client‑facing professional services is a plus).
Experience owning projects and tasks from start to finish.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Excel) and business communication platforms (e.g., WebEx, Teams).
Preferred Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional document creation.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with all levels.
Experience with modern workflow tools such as Asana and/or Smartsheet.
