Business Data Analyst role at TEKsystems. W2 ONLY, NO C2C. 100% REMOTE, EST HOURS. Need someone with extensive data experience (blend of a Business Analyst and Data Analyst). Responsibilities
Identify appropriate IT solutions and strategies that support business unit strategies and accomplish goals. Maintain relationships with business and IT partners to build influence and secure buy-in for governance functions. Assist with planning and coordination of requirements to drive solutions. Maintain and enhance engagement with business, IT partners and other stakeholders. Apply knowledge of key business unit processes, systems, and initiatives and maintain knowledge of industry and IT trends. Contribute to strategy development. Apply technical knowledge to assist team through queries, data analysis, data repairs, code reviews and potentially code development. Assist IT Architecture and Engineering community to appropriately plan the introduction of new technologies. Mentor, coach, and train more junior/less experienced team members to raise overall team capabilities. Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA. A minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis or a related field. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. Advanced technical skills. Excellent documentation skills. Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. A track record of following through on commitments. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. Experience leading and developing top-performing teams. Job Details
