Job Description The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, the Key Lead provides guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively and driving store performance on the floor through exceptional customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

System skills
Work schedule requirements
Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 12‑16 hours per week.
Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays and certain holidays.
During peak timeframes, hours may increase to support business needs.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
Retail Experience: At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
Supervisor/Managerial Experience: No supervisory/management experience required.
Customer focus, communication, interpersonal interaction.
Fashion trend knowledge, outgoing, assertiveness.
Adaptability/flexibility & stress tolerance, poise & ambition.
Multi‑tasking, applied learning, work ethic, omni‑channel services.
