The
Marketing Assistant
will play a key role in growing the brand presence by developing
strategic collaborations
and creating
engaging social media content . This role requires someone creative, organized, and proactive — able to connect with potential partners, manage content calendars, and align all outputs with our company’s branding and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities 1. Brand Collaborations & Partnerships
Identify and reach out to potential brand, influencer, and event partners that align with our core brands.
Coordinate and negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, and timelines.
Support event tie-ups, sponsorships, and marketing activations that strengthen brand visibility.
Maintain a database of partnerships and track performance of collaborations.
2. Content Creation & Social Media Management
Develop and execute creative social media content ideas relevant to each brand’s audience (photos, videos, captions, and stories).
Collaborate with internal teams and partner brands to produce authentic, on‑brand content.
Schedule, post, and monitor engagement across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Assist in crafting copy for campaigns, product features, and promotional materials.
3. Marketing Support & Coordination
Help implement marketing plans and campaigns under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
Monitor brand mentions, trends, and competitor activities to propose fresh ideas.
Assist in reporting and tracking campaign performance using analytics tools.
Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and content creators as needed.
