CLA is currently seeking a Learning Experience Design Associate. This role will design engaging and effective learning solutions for all modalities, including webcasts, eLearnings, in person experiences, videos and more and for a variety of curriculums, ranging from technical content to leadership to power skills and business skills.

Learning Strategy & Architecture

Assist in gathering learning needs and supporting the design of learning solutions aligned with business goals and learner profiles.

Learning Experience Design (LXD)

Apply instructional design principles to develop digital, blended, and instructor-led learning materials.

Create and design all modalities, from videos to job aids to learning experience conferences.

Assist in collecting and analyzing data to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Apply User Experience (UX)/User Interface (UI) and accessibility standards to learning content.

Technology & Innovation

Stay informed about and utilize emerging tools and trends in learning design and technology.

Utilize AI tools in content creation.

Collaboration & Project Support

Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and team members to design learning content.

Coordinate project tasks, track timelines, and communicate progress to ensure deliverables are met.

What you will need

2 years' relevant experience required.

A bachelor's degree is required. An advanced degree in instructional design or related field is a plus.

Knowledge of instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Agile), assessment and evaluation design.

Familiarity with eLearning and video authoring tools is required (e.g., Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, Clipchamp).

Travel Requirements

This position requires Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.

The wage range for this position in Minnesota: $53,700 - $93,000 The wage range for this position in Colorado: $58,400 - $97,000 The wage range for this position in New York: $70,300 - $108,000 The wage range for this position in Illinois is: $53,700 - $97,000
