About the Role We are looking for a skilled Data Reporting Analyst to join our team in Plant City, Florida. This Contract to permanent position offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of operational and analytical reporting solutions, focusing on data visualization and analytics within the Microsoft technology stack. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance reporting capabilities and support the shift towards a unified reporting platform.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using Power BI and other Microsoft tools.

Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and ensure reporting solutions align with organizational needs.

Analyze existing data sets to uncover trends and provide actionable insights.

Define and transform data sets for enhanced analytics and reporting efficiency.

Document processes and support user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Provide troubleshooting and post‑deployment assistance to end users.

Assist with ad‑hoc analysis and guide users in interpreting data effectively.

Support the transition to a unified reporting platform by enhancing current ad‑hoc reporting.

Work closely with the IT team and stakeholders across various departments to ensure seamless integration of reporting solutions.

Requirements

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Reporting Analyst or Data Analyst.

Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and data visualization.

Strong knowledge of the Microsoft reporting stack, including SQL Server.

Analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders across different business areas.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Familiarity with data warehousing, data modeling, and business intelligence tools is a plus.

Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is advantageous.
