Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Territory Manager. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing and developing accounts within a designated territory, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers/channel partners, identifying new business opportunities, and providing tailored solutions to address customer needs. The role includes collaborating with internal teams, conducting market analysis, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem‑solving.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to drive growth in the greater Orlando, Florida territory.
Manage and support relationships with authorized electrical distributors.
Promote products and solutions to a range of customers including:
Electrical contractors
EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) firms
Architecture & Engineering (A&E) firms
End users in the industrial and commercial verticals
Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Conduct regular field visits, presentations, and product trainings with distributors and customers.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product management, and technical support) to meet customer needs and deliver solutions.
Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
