Responsibilities
Conducts research on potential clients and generates a client database.
Organizes and manages the company's annual events through telemarketing, email, and fax promotions, and delivers presentations when necessary.
Provides account servicing to existing and prospective clients.
Develops and updates the client database regularly.
Prepares proposals, correspondence, and marketing materials, including layouts, event fact sheets, association letters, sponsorship and solicitation letters, and weekly reports.
Maintains strong relationships with clients through regular phone calls, emails, and personal meetings, particularly with embassies, government agencies, and associations.
Coordinates with confirmed exhibitors regarding their event requirements.
Collaborates with the Marketing Department on press releases.
Works with the Creative Department to fulfill necessary requirements.
Attends competitor events and submits reports evaluating their strengths and weaknesses.
Assists with other event team assignments as needed.
Takes on‑site roles before, during, and after events as required.
Prepares post‑event reports for top management.
Performs additional tasks as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
Has a Bachelor's Degree related to Marketing.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Must be open to do field‑work.
