Position Overview *** Aerospace is seeking a
Sr. Talent Management & Learning Specialist
to join the Talent Management & Learning team in Phoenix, AZ. This role focuses on documenting, enhancing, and improving existing talent and learning programs, while also developing new content and materials to support organizational priorities. The position partners closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to document course content and talent processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high-quality learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Process Documentation & Enhancement
Audit existing talent management process documentation for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with current practices
Partner with SMEs to validate content and incorporate best practices
Update and maintain supporting learning materials and process documentation
Content Development & Enhancement
Update and maintain training materials including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and assessments
Design engaging and interactive learning experiences aligned to defined learning objectives
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
Implement quality assurance protocols to ensure training materials and documentation meet *** Aerospace standards
Gather, analyze, and incorporate feedback from SMEs and stakeholders to improve effectiveness
Qualifications Required Qualifications
3 years of experience in HR, Learning, Talent Management, or a related field
Strong project management and communication skills
Broad knowledge of Human Resources and Talent Management systems, competencies, and best practices
Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Preferred / Additional Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Education, or related field
Experience supporting knowledge transfer initiatives
Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to take initiative Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
Experience with e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
