a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is set to grow in 2024! We are hiring experienced retail managers to lead our Retail Sales Teams in Connecticut, Louisiana, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Virginia.

As a Your Wireless, Verizon Wireless Retail Store Manager,

your role is to lead, coach, and inspire your team of Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associates. The ideal candidate will have significant experience developing employees, a track record of hitting sales and profit goals, and understand how to execute operational tasks at a retail center.

Responsibilities

Building a positive, customer and goal‑oriented environment.

Interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and supervising a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates.

Meeting or exceeding both personal and team key performance indicators and volume goals each month.

Coaching team members daily to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Developing your team members’ skills so they can move up the career ladder at Your Wireless.

Ensuring your assigned location operates under the specific guidelines of both Verizon Wireless and Your Wireless.

Ensuring all promotional rollouts, inventory procedures and other duties assigned by Your Wireless leadership are executed timely and correctly.

Setting an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or another wireless business.

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Proof of achievement in prior sales and leadership roles is required.

Ability to lead, coach, and inspire your team members.

Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology, products, and customer service.

Ability to travel to multiple locations in your assigned district as needed.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.

Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the U.S.
