We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Grocer Sales/Merchandising Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners, ensuring that our products are well-stocked and displayed in an attractive manner, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners
Ensure that our products are well-stocked and displayed in an attractive manner
Conduct regular store visits to monitor product placement and inventory levels
Collaborate with retail partners to develop and execute promotional programs
Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Provide excellent customer service to retail partners and consumers
Attend trade shows and industry events to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
2+ years of experience in sales and merchandising, preferably in the grocery industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
