Job Title: R&D Engineer Job Location: Mason, OH Job Duration: 4-5 Months (possibility of extension) Payrate: $60.00 - $71.51 per hour on W2 Responsibilities

Meeting with business management, marketing, and the R&D team to discuss product ideas.

Conducting market research and evaluating similar products and their functions.

Collaborating with the engineering and marketing department on product feasibility.

Redesigning existing products to enhance functionality or reduce costs.

Creating design projects and specification sheets.

Presenting product designs to management and stakeholders.

Overseeing the engineering of product prototypes.

Testing prototype products for functionality, ease-of-use, and longevity.

Resolving product issues.

Previous报警 role experience within Initiative Leadership, Project Management, Marketing Specialist, or Work Process Ownership.

Demonstration and Implementation of work processes, workflows, working with Multifunctional Resources/Teams.

Additional Responsibilities

Ability to quickly take direction from client employees and determine the right testing to execute for a project given guidance from client.

Viewing specifications and standards in client systems to determine parameters for testing.

Interfacing with other client functions, packaging suppliers, or 3rd party testing labs that are involved in the testing.

A good base knowledge in key manufacturing processes (blow‑molding, injection molding, etc.).
