Responsibilities
Carry a caseload to meet set billable services
Develop client programs across skill levels and moderate to severe problem behaviors
Deliver services in various settings
Manage a caseload and supervise a clinical team to meet clinical quality standards
Monitor client progress, conduct ongoing assessment, provide parent training, and make data‑driven adjustments to the treatment plan as needed
Provide ongoing feedback to the Clinical Care Team regarding supervision, treatment development, and implementation
Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients’ needs and develop tailored ABA programs
Complete reports for behavioral health treatment plans for the caseload
Participate in team meetings, trainings, continual education, and professional development opportunities
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification and license
Bilingual in Spanish (Spanish speaking highly preferred)
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in client program development, moderate to severe problem behaviors, and service delivery settings
Experience managing a caseload and supervising a clinical team
Strong data‑analysis and supervision skills
