Job Description
Assure that all guests and members have an enjoyable golf experience by providing interactive customer service.
Manage the pace of play, assist guests with course knowledge, fill divots and repair ball marks, and support tournaments, cart operations, and shuttle service.
Responsibilities
Monitor pace of play on two golf courses.
Maintain accurate records of guest/member pace of play.
Provide tournament support including cart setup and breakdown, shuttle service, and cart towing.
Assist guests and members with golf course information.
Enforce local golf course rules and those of the club.
Communicate collected information with the golf shop regularly.
Use consistent member/guest names on the course.
Fill divots and repair ball marks on the course.
Assume starter duties from time to time.
Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude.
Restock golf course supplies.
Ensure cleanliness levels are maintained at all times – picking up rubbish, straightening rope & stake, raking bunkers, etc.

Qualifications
Knowledge of golf, strong oral communication skills, and a pleasant and energetic personality are required.
Flexible schedule required; must be able to work holidays/weekends.
Basic knowledge of computers is preferred.
Valid driver’s license with clean DMV printout required.
Physical Requirements
Frequent driving and sitting on a golf cart.
Must be able to occasionally lift 20–30 lbs.
Must be able to work with the back, neck or wrists bent or twisted for more than two hours per day.
Work Environment
90% of tasks are performed outdoors.
Applicants will be exposed to heat, cold, rain, wind, and sun.
Pay Rate:
$16.90/hr
